金章东,男,1971年5月出生,博士研究员博士生导师。1999年毕业于南京大学地球科学系,获地球化学专业博士学位。同年,入中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所自然地理学博士后流动站工作。2001年8月博士后期满后,被聘为创新副研究员留中国科学院湖泊沉积与环境重点实验室工作。2003年11月受英国皇家学会资助赴英国剑桥大学进行国际合作研究。2006年1月被聘为创新研究员。2007年4月调入中国科学院地球环境研究所工作。研究工作获得国家自然科学基金、973 计划、国家科技支撑计划、The UK Royal Society BP Fellowship等基金的资助。已发表论文70 多篇,其中 SCI 收录论文27篇,EI 收录论文12篇。
